Your account

You may create an account only if you are an adult who can agree to these Terms and provide accurate account information. Keep your sign-in access secure and tell us promptly at info@enlivias.com if you believe someone else has accessed your account.

Permission to coordinate care

If you create or join a care circle, you are responsible for having permission to share information about the care recipient and to invite other people. Invite only people who should have access, and use the available access controls when someone should no longer see the circle.

Family care information

Care records and updates are entered by caregivers and family members. Enlivias does not verify that a medicine was taken or that an entry is clinically correct. Enlivias is not an emergency service and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, prescribing, or clinical confirmation. Call 911 or local emergency services when immediate help is needed.

Respectful and lawful use

Use Enlivias only for lawful family-care coordination. Do not seek unauthorized access, impersonate another person, interfere with the service, or misuse another family’s information. Do not upload or share information you do not have permission to use.

Service availability

Enlivias may change, pause, or limit parts of the service for maintenance, security, or legal reasons. We will work to keep the service available, but uninterrupted access cannot be promised.

Your content

The information you or your authorized family enter remains your information. You give Enlivias limited permission to store, process, and display that information only as needed to operate the service and provide it to the people your care circle authorizes.

Trials, Billing, Cancellation, and Refunds

The Enlivias Family Plan is $24.99 USD per month. It begins with a 14-calendar-day free trial. A payment method is required to start the trial, but $0 is charged that day. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, billing starts automatically on day 15 and then renews monthly.

You can cancel in the Stripe Customer Portal from your Enlivias billing area, or email info@enlivias.com for help. Cancellation stops the next renewal. Your access continues through your paid-through date. If a renewal payment cannot be completed, Enlivias may ask you to update your payment method and may pause paid access.

You may request a full refund within 14 calendar days after your first paid charge. After cancellation, unused time is not refunded on a prorated basis. For a billing error, duplicate charge, or refund required by law, contact info@enlivias.com; Enlivias will review the request promptly. Taxes may apply where required and will be shown before purchase.

Privacy

The Privacy Policy explains how Enlivias collects, uses, protects, and retains information. It is part of these Terms.
