Enlivias Privacy Disclosure

Information you provide

When you use Enlivias, you may provide:

• Your name, email address, and account details
• Information about a care recipient and care circle
• Care information you choose to enter, such as updates, medications, tasks, appointments, handoffs, notes, and emergency-profile details
• Messages or requests you send to Enlivias support
• Subscription and billing information processed through our payment provider

How we use information

We use information to:

• Create and operate your Enlivias account
• Show care information to the people you authorize in your care circle
• Provide the features you choose to use
• Maintain account security and prevent misuse
• Provide customer support
• Manage subscriptions and billing
• Meet legal obligations when required

Who can see care information

Care information is intended for the care circle you create and the people you authorize.

Access depends on the role and permissions assigned within that care circle. Enlivias does not make care-circle information public.

Service providers

We use service providers to operate Enlivias, including providers for hosting, authentication, email delivery, payments, and database services.

These providers may process information only as needed to provide their services to Enlivias.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Enlivias does not store full payment-card numbers.

Stripe’s handling of payment information is governed by Stripe’s own privacy policy and terms.

Limited website analytics

Enlivias uses limited first-party analytics on the public homepage, How It Works, Pricing, Sign Up, and Sign In pages. We collect event time, approved page and section names, product-tour interactions, trial-button placement, random internal attribution and browser-session identifiers, referring hostname, campaign details and available advertising click identifiers, device category, and approximate country, state or region, and city supplied by our hosting provider.

We use this information to understand general site use, improve Enlivias, measure signup, trial, and paid-subscription conversion, and understand general geographic demand. A private attribution record links a new account to its first and last website visits so confirmation can be measured even when the email opens in another browser. Signup confirmation and billing conversions are recorded from verified server events, not button clicks. Email addresses stay in our authentication and signup systems and are not included in analytics event payloads. We do not store IP addresses, precise location, complete referring URLs, complete query strings, or full browser user-agent strings, and we do not request browser-location permission.

Pre-confirmation attribution is automatically expired within 90 days. Detailed analytics and internal attribution are retained for no more than 90 days and are restricted to authorized Enlivias operations. Only aggregate reports are available to authorized administrators. We do not send names, email addresses, care-circle information, health information, medication information, or user-entered care content to Google or another advertising platform. No advertising conversion signals or click identifiers are sent to Google by this feature. Enlivias may retain non-identifying aggregate statistics longer for business performance, marketing planning, service improvement, and year-over-year analysis. These aggregates do not contain individual visitor histories, account identifiers, care information, IP addresses, or persistent tracking identifiers.

Security

Enlivias uses access controls and technical safeguards designed to limit access to authorized users and protect account information.

No online service can guarantee absolute security. Please use a strong password, protect your sign-in information, and contact us promptly if you believe your account may be compromised.

Your choices

You can manage information in your account and care circle through the features available in Enlivias.

Data retention

We retain information while it is needed to provide Enlivias, maintain account and service records, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations, and protect the service.

Children

Enlivias is intended for adult caregivers and family members. A child’s information may be added by an authorized adult only when it is relevant to that child’s care.

Changes to this disclosure

We may update this Privacy Disclosure as Enlivias changes. If we make a material change, we will post the updated version here with a new effective date.
